< PSI PLUS >(' https://psiplus.co.kr ' hereinafter referred to as 'PSI PLUS') establishes and discloses the following privacy policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The purpose of processing personal information files registered and disclosed by <PSI PLUS> in accordance with Article 32 of the Personal Information Protection Act is as follows.

Personal Information File Name: psiplus

Purpose of Processing Personal Information: Personal information is collected to allow customers to view their name, date of birth, captured video, and skin analysis results on an Android Tablet.

Collection Method: Stored from a PC to a server.

Basis for Retention: Service provision.

Retention Period: 1 year.

<PSI PLUS> processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information) and provides personal information to third parties only when consent is obtained from the data subject, or when required by special legal provisions in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

<PSI PLUS> provides personal information to third parties as follows.

<Research Institute for Skin Issues> - Recipient: Research Institute for Skin Issues - Purpose of Use: Gender, date of birth, face photo - Retention and Usage Period: 1 year

Article 4 (Procedures and Methods for Disposal of Personal Information)

<PSI PLUS> shall promptly dispose of personal information when the retention period expires or when it is no longer necessary for processing.

If the retention of personal information is required by other laws even after the agreed retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved, the personal information shall be stored separately in a database (DB) or retained in a different location.

Procedures and methods for disposing of personal information are as follows.

Disposal Procedure

<PSI PLUS> selects personal information for disposal and, upon approval of the Personal Information Protection Officer, disposes of the personal information.

Disposal Method

Electronic files containing personal information are permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.

Article 5 (Rights of Data Subjects and Their Legal Representatives)

Data subjects can exercise their rights to request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.

Requests under Paragraph 1 can be made in writing, via email, or fax as stipulated in Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act, and PSI PLUS will take prompt action.

Requests under Paragraph 1 may also be made through a legal representative or an authorized agent.

In this case, a power of attorney must be submitted as specified in the Personal Information Processing Method Notice (No. 2020-7).

Requests for access and suspension of processing of personal information may be restricted in accordance with Articles 35(4) and 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Requests for correction and deletion cannot be made if the relevant law specifies that the information must be collected.

PSI PLUS verifies the identity of the requester before processing requests to access, correct, delete, or suspend personal information.
